His Birthday is Dec, 19th (good luck finding out how old he is, its part of his own
Amystika)
He is Greek (can we say Greek God...of Magic?)
His Father had the biggest Influence on him (sadly his father John Sarantakos past
away from cancer, but his detemination to live past the 3 weeks he was given and to
smile everyday for 3 years inspired Criss to make the most of everyday and enjoy life
to it's fullest and allow mind, body and spirit to work as one)
He is from Long Island NY
He only gets about 2 to 3 hours of sleep a night (i dont know how he does it)
One of his favorite movies is Wizard of Oz (Lions and Tigers and Bears OH MY!!!!)
One of his favorite TV shows is Taxi (Latka is my fav)
He would like to make a film
He is the only two time recipient of The Magician of the Year Award (2001 & 2004)
He began doing illusions at the age of 6
He received his State and federal pyrotechnics licences at ages 18 & 21(The youngest
age allowed to carry these permits)
Mindfreak his live show ran for over a year in the World Wrestling Entertainment Complex in NYC (Nov 23, 2001- Jan 6, 2003 over 600 performances)
On Feb 20, 2002 he broke the record for the longest body suspension (5 hours and 42
mins with six 8 gauage hooks in his back and 1 in each calf........ouch)
On Aug 26, 2002 he successful escaped a 220 gallon water tank after spending 24
hours submerged and chained up with only a 3/8" air tube which was pulled out at the
24th hour (talk about wrinkly skin)
He escaped from a straight jacket in record time 2 1/2 minutes on Jan 15,2003 in Houdini's hometown of Milwaukee (all while hangin upside down 10 stories in the air)
He is not only a great illusionist but he is also a great musician (check out some of his

He completed Metamorphosis in under a second
He had a successful band in NYC at the age of 16 (most of the music from his System
Trilogy CD's were written back then)
He plays multiple instruments (and writes, produces, arranges, and performs all of his
own music)
He has mastered martial arts and dance (and does it show, that man can move)
And most importantly he is the sexiest man I have ever met.(and he has a very
sexy voice and looks and charm)
He has had 3 one hour T.V Specials (MindFreak, Supernatural, and Made in Japan)
